1. Double Click My Computer 
2. Double Click Dialup Networking 
3. Double Click Make New Connection  4. Under "Type a name..", type in, 'StormNet' and then click Next  5. In the Telephone Number selection, Type in your access number there, then click Next 
6. You have completed the setup, click on 'Finish'.
